Personal information.

I have three current alters, I had a fourth, but I believe she re-associated.
I have been living with this, for as long as I can remember & it’s still a difficult battle, daily.

But to those, who believe it doesn’t get easier, or that it isn’t possible to live a stable, beautiful life with them. - you are wrong. With the time, treatment & patience. It does get easier. Believe it yourself.

Hey :)

Okay, so I’m going to choose to remain anonymous for this blog, simply because the information I will share of a personal note is not something I’d enjoy someone who knows me on a personal level, reading about.

I will reveal i have been diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder and Dissociative Identity Disorder. “Borderline” is definitely much more common, although both have been proven hard to diagnosed.
I will also include, i have a partner with Bipolar Disorder.

My goal behind this blog was to focus a lot more on the “Dissociative” side of mental health, simply because it’s only affecting 0.1% to 1% of the general population.
That doesn’t mean there’s not a lot of us! - It means there’s just not enough to understand each individual.

I’m not sure if anyone will be interested in this blog, but if there is.. I can help.
I’m not a trained professional, but if that’s what you wanted, I think you’d talk to your counsellor. - There are people like you, and a lot of us!
If you are in someway intrigued to know more about the thing’s i’ll be blogging about, please ask away :)

Also, feel free to include your personal stories of any mental health disorder that puts a strain on your life or has done in the past.

Thank you, and keep smiling :)
